Vision Expo, organized by The Vision Council (TVC) and RX, will return as a single annual event March 11-14 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Marking its 40th anniversary, the show will bring together the optical community for 4 days of product launches, accredited education, hands-on demonstrations, and networking opportunities.
EB’s BIG Vision Expo Guide delivers your essential launch pad—curating what to see, where to go, and how to make the most of your first dive into Vision Expo’s one big show.
The event will offer more than 220 hours of continuing education for optometrists, opticians, and allied health professionals, with education and exhibits housed in the same hall to allow seamless movement between learning and discovery. The exhibit hall, running March 12-14, will feature more than 350 companies, including eyewear designers, vision care brands, diagnostic innovators, and emerging technology firms, with more than 100 exhibitors new to the Orlando floor.
“For 4 decades, Vision Expo has served as the meeting place for connection, discovery, and industry progress,” said Ashley Mills, TVC’s CEO. “The show is designed to accelerate business growth, spark new partnerships, and spotlight the innovations driving the next phase of vision care.”
Vision Expo 2026 introduces 3 dedicated stages offering targeted content:

The Now Stage: Focused on fashion, design, and trend insights. Sessions include the Now Awards, trend forecasting, and a Vision Expo Fashion Show.
-
The Innovation Stage: Highlighting artificial intelligence (AI), clinical advancements, and new care delivery models. Sessions feature topics such as AI in practice management, office-based surgery, and the VSP Vision Innovation Challenge.

New this year, the show will feature the “Call for NEW” program, spotlighting debuting products and collaborations. A curated live demo schedule will run Thursday through Saturday, offering hands-on demonstrations of lens production, CNC milling, practice management software, and professional color consultations, providing attendees with practical insight into emerging technologies.
A simplified registration model allows attendees to register for single or multiple days without preselecting courses. The program features 10 hands-on courses, expanded business and digital health content, and accredited education across optometry, opticianry, allied health, and practice management.
To mark 4 decades, Vision Expo will showcase an anniversary installation with community-submitted photos and stories, recognize long-time attendees, and offer collectible items. In partnership with the Optical Heritage Museum, a vintage eyewear display will highlight the industry’s evolution.
